Our comprehensive business support services cover the typing of all agreements, including listing agreements, realm data sheets, Fintrac, RECO guides, offers, buyer documents, and other essential paperwork. We efficiently send these documents to clients for signing and coordinate the booking of pre-list and post-close appointments, such as photos, staging, sign ordering, window cleaning, revisits, and closing gifts. Additionally, we handle the broker loading of listings, writing MLS descriptions, and loading listings on all platforms, including Brokerbay, social media, and your personal website, among others. With our virtual assistant services, we ensure that every detail is managed, allowing you to focus on your business while keeping VA fees reasonable and competitive.
